Junior Human Resources Executive
The Role:
- To ensure entire facilities provided to employees (Staff Medicals, Fuel requests, mobile units, Uniforms etc) are delivered efficiently without any delays
- Preparing and implementing weekly, monthly and yearly reports and trackers to analyse the data
- Handling the company employee communication email channel
- Conduct random audits and ensure the Accommodation facilities provided for the employees are well maintained
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
- Solid knowledge and understanding of HR processes , policy and systems
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources Management is compulsory
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suits (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
