Customer Care Assistant (Call Centre)

The ideal candidate should:

• A young and energetic Male / Female personal below 25 years of age, with
• Minimal educational background of G.C.E. A/L, knowledge on MS Office, profound skills on telephone etiquette
• A creative & collaborative personal with having an attitude of go-getter to satisfy customer requirement
• Able to conduct regular follow up and evaluate the customer satisfaction levels
• Possess good communication skills in Sinhala & English (added advantage for skill in Tamil)
• Previous experience in the similar capacity will definitely be an added advantage
• Preferably around Kottawa, Maharagama or Piliyandala
