Trainee Compliance Officer

You will be assisting the Manager Compliance and Control to conduct compliance audits in Hemas Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance checking over finance activities and escalating non-compliances
  • Identify control gaps in finance processes and suggesting improvement actions
  • Assessing risk attached to finance activities and ensuring timely implementation of risk mitigation actions
  • Assessing the strength of system control over finance activities
  • Ensuring accuracy of daily revenue and cash transactions
  • Conducting surprise cash counts across the organisation

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate in a degree programme related to Business Administration / Finance or part qualification in ICASL / ACCA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal & analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Audit Firm
