Executive - Supply Chain

Location: Ekala

Job Requirements:

• Sourcing raw materials and trims for confirmed orders as per process
• Negotiating with relevant suppliers for delivery dates and price per the production plan and consumption
• Raising purchase order and place orders and follow up the delivery
• Ensure optimal ordering quantities thru re-utilise RM as per applicability in ensuring reduction of write offs
• Good communication and intimacy with suppliers
• Capability to manage cleat meeting individually
• Manage buyer divisions independently
• Manage business with minimum operational impacts

Basic Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L - Minimum of 3 passes
• You should possess a professional qualification in the relevant field from a recognised institution / university
• Should have at least 2 years
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience

Other Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Effective oral and written English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Skills in database management and record keeping
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent organisational skills
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
