Accounts Executive
Job Profile:
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices statements, etc
- Matching invoices in accordances with the PO and review outstanding invoices
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Reconcile all supplier statements
- Continuing to improve the payment process
Requirements:
- Should possess part qualification in AATSL
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar industry relating to Accounts Payable
- Good knowledge in MS Office packages (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Experience in ERP systems will be added advantage
- Having good communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure & adhere to tight deadlines
