Administration Assistant
The job holder will Assist in carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling visiting cards for HNBA & HNBGI
- Responsible for purchasing the stationary for both HNBA & HNBGI
- Payments of the Electricity & water bills and attending to solve the issues related to same
- Support the maintenance of premises and day today activities of the department
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L
- Diploma in computer studies
- Minimum one year experience in similar capacity
