Executive - HR

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily attendance and handling leave of all staff
  • Preparing reports on leaves, overtime, attendance etc, for processing payroll
  • Facilitating interviews, recruitment and induction process
  • Assist in performance evaluation process
  • Organising and conducting employee welfare and engagement activities
  • Attending the EPF/ETF matters of all employees
  • Conducting clearance process to resignation

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1-2 years experience in HR
  • A degree or relevant professional qualification in HR from a reputed institute
  • A fair knowledge on salary administration
  • Fluency in English (Speaking and writing) with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency with MS Office , Internet & Email
