Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Delivery Teller related functions in the branch to ensure the delivery of quality and superior service to customers.
• Project a professional and warm image, and to assist the Teller Service Manager in maintaining operational control and improving operational facility.
• Contribute to the achievement of business growth by promotion of the Bank's products and services

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge on banking operations
• Understanding of front and back office processes and procedures
• Good numerical / interpersonal skills
• Customer and Service Orientation
• Ability to handle pressure, conflicting priorities and change
• Tertiary qualification in Banking / Finance / Marketing would be an advantage
