Officer - Business Development (iPay)

Location: Colombo / Panadura / Kalutara / Gampaha / Negombo / Galle / Matara / Nuwara Eliya / Jaffna / Kandy / Ratnapura / Kurunegala / Hatton

Job Role:

• Acquiring and branding of retail merchants covering entire territory.
• Implement frequent activation campaigns across the assigned territory.
• Develop a continuous growth in introducing new user / merchants.
• Act as Trouble shooter / Fire fighter between iPay BU and Merchants.
• Promote value added services via the retail merchant channels.
• Manage and work with business partners, local authorities, government and private sector authorities to promote iPay brand and its products.
• Alliance with brand network to enhance the retail merchant base and adoption.
• Assist and support all special projects by iPay.
• Support and conduct training programmes for branch network and assigned corporates to uplift their knowledge of iPay.

Personal & Skills Profile:

• Good working knowledge of Sinhala, Tamil and English.
• Successful completion of G.C.E. (A/L).
• Preference given to Team players with high interpersonal skills.
• PRoven working experience in similar roles will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to be based in the selected location.
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and marketing skills.
• Valid riding / driving license is mandatory.
