Junior Customer Care Experience

Job Role:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide timely solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining exceptionally high standards of service with emphasis on telephone etiquettes.
  • Collage customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L examination, with a distinction / credit pass in English language at the G.C.E. O/L examination.
  • Excellent communication with active listening skills and working knowledge of English is mandatory.
  • Experience in the Hospital Industry, Customer Service or related fields would be an added advantage.
  • Be highly organised, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Possess data entry skills with good telephone etiquettes.
  • Team player with ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Must be customer focused, adaptability to different personality types, service oriented and attuned to problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
