• Branch customer handling and adhering to the company customer greeting requirements.
• Customer documents and cash handling.
• Adhering to the respective department and audit requirements.
• Branch payment receipting and adhering to the audit requirements.
• Keeping a track of new products and services.
• Maintaining monthly and weekly customer data.
