An opportunity exists to take on the role of Finance Executive - S. Thomas' College, Mt. Lavinia OBA Secretariat. The Finance Executive will report to the Honourary Treasurer, striving to meet the defined, annual KPIs. Such KPIs will be defined according to the needs of the OBA.

Finance Executive

Job Profile:

• Ensure that all bank documentation required by the Accountant to carryout Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Finance Statement is collected and made available for perusal
• Monitor and Document Procurement process.
• Monitoring and Documenting Sales process.
• Settling of Operating Expenses.
• Payroll Process.
• Support & Audit random Monthly, Quarterly 50% and Annual Stock Trade.

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate in Accounting / Business administration and or full qualification in AAT or part qualification in CA/ACCA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an audit firm or Finance Executive role
• Should be proficient in handling MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
