We have following vacancy to be filled on urgent basis.

Cost Controller

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Cost Control, Receiving, Stores.
• Approving purchase requisition of Food, Beverage and General Supplies.
• Preparation of recipe and menu costing.
• Preparation of Cost reports.
• Performing stock counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Running month end closing.
• Analysing monthly cost reports.
• Internal Auditing.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cost Controlling. Previous work experience in Restaurants business will be a definite added advantage.
• BSc Degree specialised in Accounting from a recognised University and/or part qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and good inter-personal skills.
