Executive - Learning & Development

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments.
  • Facilitate Training Programmes.
  • Implement L&D programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives.
  • Manage communication of L&D programmes and ensure employee participation to various L&D programmes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest development in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies.
  • Organise training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain all training related data and updated records.
  • Conduct training evaluation, data analysis and develop related reports.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Education or Training.
  • Other professional certifications are beneficial.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in L&D.
  • L&D Programmes Management, Training Needs Analysis & Knowledge in Audit Learning principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, be proactive and highly responsible.
  • Friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
