The company is looking for a suitable candidate for the above post.
Customer Care Officer
Personal Profile:
- G.C.E. O/L with credit passes for Mathematics, English & Sinhala and G.C.E. A/L with 3 passes or an equivalent qualification.
- A Diploma in Microsoft Office Package.
- A sound knowledge of MS Access will be advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the directory industry or any other publication industry.
- Good communication skills in the English & Sinhala languages.
- Should possess a strong work ethic.
