To support the expansion initiatives of Arpico Interiors Limited, we seek the services of young & dynamic individuals to join the team as:

Accounts Executive

The Job:

• Finalising of monthly accounts and managing reporting with in the stipulated timelines.
• Handle tax matters submit VAT returns and liaise on IRD matters.
• Handling general ledger transactions including periodic reconciliation of sub ledger accounts.
• Handle external Audits for Finalising Audited Accounts.
• Product Costing.
• Oversee financial operations of relevant business / projects.
• Preparing bank reconciliation.
• Carryout the other relevant tasks assign by the management.
• Planning & performing inventory Accounts.
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany & control accounts.
• Initiation of the payments and attending supplier queries on time.
• Submitting quarterly Accounts on the group.
• Providing weekly adhoc reports to the management.

The Person:

• Age below 32 years.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance & Auditing.
• Strategic / Final level in CA / ACCA & / or Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• Experience in handling IRD RAMIS is a must.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to carry out task individually with minimum supervision.
• Excellent leadership & communication skills.
