Admin Executive / Coordinator

The Role:
Being the key point of contact between the company and the customers, the selected candidate will be responsible in responding to customer queries, offering them advice, informing about the new products and responsible to carry out sales operation and administration while assisting Head of Department when needed.

The Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L.
  • Full or part qualification in CIM / SLIM.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Should be comfortable in reaching out to customers through email and phone.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Strong communication skills. Fast learner and passion for sales.
