Customer Relationship Executive

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
  • Good command in English (Verbal and Written) / Sinhala & Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in MS office package.
  • Excellent attention to detail and client handling.
  • Good knowledge in IT would be an added advantage.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Use problem solving skills to attend to the issues raised by the CRM team.
  • Report the CRM status tot he top management.
  • Provide MIS reports to the relevant department.
  • Overlook the CRM for further requirements and updates.
