Senior Executive - Marketing

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to expand our clientele. You will be the front-line representative of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting architectural profiles which suit projects of any nature and maintain strong relationship with Project & Domestic customer segments.

The main job functions of this position will be:

• Formulate an effective marketing strategy and develop short-term and long-term plans to achieve growth in project sales, achieve profitability and collection target by successfully managing the Domestic customer and projects.
• Implement the set business plan of aluminium trading business that expands company's Industrial & Projects customer base by building strong understanding with interior etc., and ensure the company's strong presence in the designated area.
• Penetrate the market and make the customer aware of service / project offerings relating to Doors, Windows, Curtain Walls, Aluminium Building Systems, Shop front, Partition, Louvers, Handrail, Sliding, Skirting & understand clients' requirements and evolve creative solutions through product mix and attend to the customer queries frequently.
• Implement marketing campaigns / events for corporate brand building, improve customer bondage, conduct market research and monitor the results of those promotional activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and presentations in relation to sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management.

We seek a dedicated, result oriented young individual with highest level of leadership, commitment, communication skills and sound personal attributes for the aforementioned position. Candidate should possess:

• G.C.E. A/L qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity with exposure to corporate sales in Building materials, Engineering Products & Hardware Industry or Aluminium Industry.
• Professional qualification in relation to business Management, Marketing or Professional part qualification in CIM (UK) Or SLIM will be an added advantage.
• Multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities, be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and change focus mindset.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
