Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is a foremost manufacturer of Moulded Rubber & Plastic products for domestic & international markets. Our factories are based in Galle, Dompe and Dalugama.

We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join with us. There is a vacancy for the above position for immediate engagement in Dalugama factory depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.

HR Executive - Recruitment & Selection and T&D

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall recruitment and selection and onboarding process of all levels of employees.
  • Finding new sourcing channels to attract human capital.
  • Analyse the monthly man power plan and fulfil the openings in timely manner.
  • Setup Key Performance Indicators of employees in the SBU's.
  • Identify training needs of each levels of employees and arrange training schedules with training facilities and resources.
  • Coordinate succession planning process of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Human Resources Management or full Professional Qualification in HRM (CIPM).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in handling recruitment selection and onboarding process in an organisation, would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in employee relation and industrial relation.
  • Age below 40 years.
