Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
Job Profile:
As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all our visitors and their first impression of our culture and what we stand as a Group.
You will need to provide clear and concise direction, answer phone calls in a professional manner and perform all other front desk duties in keeping with the highest levels of professionalism bound by etiquette.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of G.C.E. A/L qualifications.
- 2 years of experience in the similar capacity in a reputed organisation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Pleasant disposition and a flexible attitude.
