Executive Trainees

The chosen candidates will serve a comprehensive on the job training within all domains of business operations for a period of two years with a team of professionals and be exposed to modern management practices in varied disciplines of industry and services, to position them for managerial careers in the Company and its Associates.

The ideal candidate(s) will be young men and women preferably under the age of 22 years willing to actively participate in introducing innovative management practices and technology for enterprise effectiveness, efficiency, and growth.

Youth with 3 passes of in the G.C.E. A/L and have participated in sports and/or other extra curricular activities during their school career are invited to submit their applications in writing with a CV and contact details of two non-related referees to vacancies.hr@lankem.lk on or before 31st January 2022.
