Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment (IT recruitment would be definite added advantage).
• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process and offer development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven, go-getter & out of the box thinker.
• Able to efficiently manage stakeholders and understand their requirements and action it.
• Ability to work under pressure situation and deliver.
• Good knowledge in analysis.
