We are looking for an energetic and results oriented person to join our team as a Customer Relations Office - Life Call Centre.

Job Responsibilities:
- Be a confident communicator! You should be able to speak in a clear and professional manner under any situation.
- Maintaining the agreed level of service standards from a company and customer perspective.
Person Specifications:
- Candidate who possess trilingual skills have a definite advantage.
- Professional qualifications or pursuing tertiary education pertaining to CRM.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Centre, preferably Life Insurance.
- Be outgoing and positive, with a "can do" attitude.
