Education/Experience & Other Details:

• Age below 30 years.
• Minimum 6 months work experience in similar capacity.
• Should possess a Degree in Human Resources / Business Management / PQHRM or any relevant qualification from a recognised university.
• Excellent IT literacy (Knowledge in MS Excel is a must).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise the workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Residents in Anuradhapura and suburbs are preferred.
