HR Officer - T&D
Location: Rathupaswala Factory
The main purpose of the HR Officer - T&D is to monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and reporting on the effectiveness of the programmes and intervention in accomplishing long-term skills development goals / objectiveness of the company. We require an energetic hard working individual who is prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility environment.
The ideal candidates should possess the following:
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Mathematics or Science stream.
- A Diploma level qualification in T&D, from a recognised institution would be an added advantage.
- A sound knowledge in Microsoft Office packages.
- Oral and written communication skills in English language.
- A pleasing personality, coupled with leadership, communication and PR skills.
- Past experience in T&D at Manufacturing Organisations would be an added advantage.
- Age below 30 years.
