The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• 3 Passes in G.C.E. A/L
• Be willing to work in any part of the country
• A good command of Sinhala / Tamil Language. Ability to converse in English will be an added advantage
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities
• Ability to ride a motorbike
• Age below 23 years
