Requirements:

• G.C.E. A/L or pending results.
• Age 23 years or below.
• Previous experience in Recoveries, Customer Service, Collections will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact the assigned portfolio of overdue customers and execute own action plan to achieve the set monthly targets, within the overall policies, procedures, and collection strategies of the bank.
• Coordinate and initiate and approval process for debt restructuring and remedial repayment solutions for deserving customers.
• Attend to and conclude all type of customer queries and requests within the given turnaround times.
• Record and update all daily activities accurately in the system for management referral and report generation.
