On-Line Officer
Requirements:
- An excellent communicator who can liaise with customers, suggest ideas.
- Able to manage and prioritise Customer's online request and respond flexibility.
- Arrange Customer orders, for on time delivery.
- Able to deal with a variety of internal an external stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends / developments in social mediate communications.
- Regularly post and schedule content on social media feeds.
- Experience in online operation is must.
- Willing to work long hours.
