We are looking for an energetic and results oriented professional to join our team as a Receptionist.

Receptionist

Location: Corporate Office - Nugegoda

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via telephone / email.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer care.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material.

Person Specifications:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L examination.
• Should be below 30 years of age.
• Possess a pleasant, enthusiastic personality while being dedicated to the job.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar field would be an added advantage.
