Senior Executive HR & Admin

Location: Mattegoda Factory

Job Role:

  • Overlook the operational areas and administration of the factory.
  • Supervising the performance of cleaning, security and other relevant services providers.
  • Assist factory recruitment process.
  • Overlook, develop Health and Safety Practices.
  • Coordinating with suppliers in order to get reliable cost effective services.
  • Engage in employee welfare and motivational activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Degree / Professional qualification in HRM from a recognised institution.
  • Excellent command in Sinhala, English (Both written and oral).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Professional qualification on Health and Safety would be an added advantage.

Experience & Abilities:

  • An ex-service personnel is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge in Administrative and hR practices.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Age between 30 to 40 years.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
