Executive - Internal Audit

Prerequisites:

• Check pawned articles in branch network for quality and acceptability.
• Ensure proper operational controls are maintained by branches.
• Identify errors and malpractices done by staff and attend to immediate rectifications.
• Provide on the job training for staff.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in pawning in a bank or financial institution of which at least 2 years of experience in pawning audit.
• Part qualification in Banking/ CA / CMA is preferred.
• Exposure in Pawning business and operations with the ability to identify irregularities.
• Ability to visit the entire branch network as required.
• Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision.
