Executive - Business Development

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and presentation skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with commercial awareness and understanding of stakeholder deliverables.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil (added advantage).
• Organised, self-motivated and target driven.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Full or part qualification in Business Management or Marketing from a reputed institution.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Lead new account acquisition coordination, proposal design content and presentation.
• Identify current market trends, research, attract and onboard new clientele and partners.
• Retention of existing clientele and strategy design for new venture integration.
• Setting quarterly sales pipeline targets and reporting achievement.
• Monthly reporting on trends, customer drivers and lead identification.
• Share knowledge with team and partners through networking, events and presentations.
