We are in search for a professional who would like to join our team as a Collection Officer.

Collection Officer

Job Profile:
This role will be focused on collection of debts within the credit period, coordinate with all stakeholders and make sure to maintain a smooth process and provide prompt and effective service to both internal and external customers. The chosen candidate requires to maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers whilst maintaining the governance and control of the company.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal person we are looking for should meet the criterion below to be successful in this role.

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a valid riding / driving license.
• Good with MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
