Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with regard to LANKATILES products.
- Conduct surveys.
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information.
- Maintain call centre database by entering information.
Candidate's Profile:
- Fresh or experienced candidates.
- Possess an aptitude for customer service.
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English, with Tamil being an added advantage.
