Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with regard to LANKATILES products.
  • Conduct surveys.
  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information.
  • Maintain call centre database by entering information.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Fresh or experienced candidates.
  • Possess an aptitude for customer service.
  • Excellent listening and problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English, with Tamil being an added advantage.
