Call Centre Executive Executive

Requirements:

  • Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and identify customer expectations and requirements.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic.
  • Target oriented.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and understanding of excel functions, with an interest in analysing data.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamnil is an added advantage).

We are on the lookout for:

  • Young and energetic females.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Age below 25 years.
