Call Centre Executive Executive
Requirements:
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and identify customer expectations and requirements.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic.
- Target oriented.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and understanding of excel functions, with an interest in analysing data.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamnil is an added advantage).
We are on the lookout for:
- Young and energetic females.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Age below 25 years.
