Legal Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Appear in courts and attend to arbitration matters representing the company.
- Drafting petitions, plaints, motions and all the pleadings pertaining to legal work.
- Attesting and drafting all types of deeds.
- Negotiating settlements with customers.
- Drafting and analysing all kinds of arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attorney-at-Law with three years practising and notarial work experience. Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public both in Sinhala and English should have jurisdiction within Colombo.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognised university would be an additional qualification.
