Senior Accounts Assistant

Candidate Profile

• Above 1 year of experience in similar capacity (would be an added advantage).
• Part qualification in CIMA/AAT or other equivalent qualification.
• Sound knowledge in ERP/SAP system.
• Age below 30 years of age (Male candidates only).
• Computer literacy with good command in Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Updating accounts journals.
• Recording cash transactions.
• Handling suppliers payments.
• Reconciling bank statements.
• Handling company petty cash.
• Prepare cash-flow.
• Generate invoices and GRNs.
• Recording and filing cash transactions and preparing the Trial Balance.
• Preparing the receipts and payment account.
• Update Uber/Pick invoices.
