The Role:
- Responsible for the entire gamut of people and talent related aspects within one of the main SBU's of LAUGFS Group.
- Planning, organising, and executing all activities and actions of the SBU HR in coordination with Group HR.
- Developing and administering HR plans and procedures within the respective SBU.
- Contributing to the development of overall HR goals, objectives inline with Corporate Business Plans.
The Person:
- The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree / Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognised university or institute. He/She should possess at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Further, He/She should be an inspiring personality, exceptional team player with excellent communication skills.
