We are a 3-start Hotel, Operating a Music Lounge Bar, Club, Three Restaurants, Banquets, Pool, Launderette and a Gymnasium in the heart of Kiribathgoda city. We are on the lookout for experienced individuals for below vacancy.

IT Executive

Job Scope:

  • Installation and administration of servers on Windows 2003, MS SQL 2005, Windows XP & Vista.
  • Implementation of IT Security Policy of the group and installation & monitoring of antivirus software.
  • Maintenance of computer configuration log and perform necessary system updates.
  • Maintenance of Inventory & ERP systems.
  • Maintain Active Directory, IIS, DHCP, DNS, File and Print Services & patch-management.
  • Installation of various systems such as inventory & ERP modules as and when required.
  • Maintenance of Hotel Booking Platform such as Booking.com / Agoda & Expedia.
  • Attend 1st Level hardware and network related issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have an impressive academic record which will include a Degree on an HNT in Computer Science or IT Admin.
  • Having completed CCNA/WSEC would be an added advantage.
  • You should be familiar with Windows Client OS Windows 7, 8 and 10 as well as with network protocols such as: POP3, SMTP, DNS and SNMP.
  • A working knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting Routers, Switches and Firewalls etc.
  • Configuring, Installing and Maintenance of Email / Proxy servers in Open Source / Windows Post Fix and advanced trouble shooting of LAN/WAN.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in the Hotel industry with excellent PR skills and be highly disciplined and be able to work independently.
  • The selected candidate should be willing to work long hours if and when required.
  • Having exposure in to Digital marketing / content making / photography will be an added advantage.
