Senior / Accounts Assistant

Location: Convenience Foods (Lanka) PLC - Ratmalana

Role Profile

• Handles daily banking transactions.
• Arranges the Utility Payments and other Regulatory Payments before the due date.
• Prepares Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepares Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Handles all tax Computations and Payments.
• Assists in Month End Activities.

Personal Profile

• Having Completed the Business/Corporate level exams in ICASAL/CIMA/ACCA.
• A degree Accountancy /Finance /Management would be and added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 Years experience in Similar Capacity with at least 1 year experience in an Accounting Firm.
• In depth Understanding of Accounting Principles and Statutory Requirements.
• Hands on Experience in ERP System (SAP Will be an added Advantage).
• Experience in Manufacturing Sector will be a distinct Advantage.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
