FMCG Executive - Super Center

The FMCG Executive is Responsible for the Meat, seafood, vegetable, fruit, grocery, household, dairy frozen & fresh bakery categories. FMCG executive is also responsible to control category stocks & achieve the category sales budget while maintaining company standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for, 

• Achieve FMCG category sales budgets on monthly basis.
• Analyse department sales, stocks.
• Control FMCG stocks within the targets assigned.
• Analyse and order stocks as per the requirements.
• Daily / weekly / monthly cycle counts to be done - liaise with audit department.
• All departments should be free from expired & short expired items.
• All promotions & promo materials should be updated within the given time.
• Manage staff roaster according to the department requirements.
• Brief and communicate the department matters on weekly basis to the relevant supervisors.
• Contribute to achieve super centre sales budgets & control controllable overheads.

The ideal candidate should possess,

• Passed G.C.E. Advance Level.
• Diploma/ Degree in Management.
• 3 years’ experience in retail field.
• Overseas retail experience would be an added advantage.
• Visual merchandising skills.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Good presentation and analytical skills.
• Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Problem-solving attitude.
