Customer Care Manager

Here's an exciting opportunity for someone who knows all about customer care. He/she will manage a team of Customer Care Officers, evaluating service standards, trouble-shooting and finding redress for care issues.

Prerequisites:

• Previous experience in a customer care setting in a reputed finance organization
• Fluency in Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil and English would be an advantage
• Amiable personality along with excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
