Digital Banking Executive

Job Profile:

  • Assist to develop strategies for the growth of business related to Digital Channels and Digitization.
  • Assist to acquire new businesses related to Digital Channels and Digitization.
  • Innovate and make necessary recommendations for enhancements of Digital Channel related products and services.
  • Work with all required stakeholders, understanding market trends and competitor landscape to deliver a multichannel customer experience.
  • Perform UAT on digital channel-related enhancements and products.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and handle projects under the agency banking framework.
  • Strategise and drive product promotions related to Digital Channels.
  • Maintain documentation related to digital channels and update same when required.

Candidate Prerequisites:

  • Degree/Diploma in e-Commerce or part qualification in Banking from IBSL.
  • Minimum of 06 years of experience in Banking out of which, 04 years of prior experience in implementing/supporting Digital Banking Channels and promoting Business.
  • Basic understanding of e-Commerce / IT platforms, marketing for driving the business and project management.
  • Basic apprehension on system interfacing/integration.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken in English language.
  • Bea strategic thinker and a good team player.
