Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
- Make Customer Retention Calls (Premium Reminders).
- Contributing towards maintaining service level agreements.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to provide exceptional customer service to the clients.
- Meet personal/team target.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or resolution.
- Follow up on customer inquiries & payment reminders.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
- Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala is a must (spoken & written).
- Communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil is a must.
- Excellent computer literacy ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- More than 2 years experience in a call centre in a repute on will be added advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends as well.
