Customer Care Officers

If you are looking to enhance your career in customer care, we'd like to hear from you. You must have the following requirements:

Prerequisites:

• Passes in G.C.E. A/Ls
• Some experience in customer care will be advantageous
• Fluency in Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil and English would be an advantage
• A people-friendly person with ability to coordinate well
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
