Executive — Human Resources
Job Role:
- Act as the HRIS administrator and update relevant employee movements in a timely manner.
- Responsible to update relevant employee databases/trackers with accurate information in a timely manner & providing updates & reports as required.
- Responsible for handling employee leave and attendance management system.
- Responsible for handling Company's Medical Insurance scheme.
- Responsible for handling transactions related to employee movements.
- Assisting with any other tasks as required by the Management.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of HR.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
