Samtessi Brush Manufacturers (Pvt.) Ltd., a member of the DSI Samson Group is a leading brush manufacturing company having more than 27 years of experience in the brush industry. Our factory is based in Kurunegala.

We are looking for a dynamic result-oriented candidate for appointment as a “Production Officer (Male)"" at our brush manufacturing factory,

Production Officer (Male)

Qualifications Required:

  • Should have passed the G.C.E. (A/L) in mathematics stream
  • Qualification in Production technology (NVQ Level 05) will be an added qualification
  • Computer Literacy - MS Office package
  • Experience in ERP System and awareness of ISO will be an added advantage.

Competencies Required:

  • We are looking for a dynamic go getter bellow 30 Years of age who can add value to our functions.
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in similar field
  • A good team worker
  • Willingness to work long hours when required
  • Possess high level of commitment integrity & adaptability with good IT skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
  • Result oriented person with ability to work under pressure are essential attributes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing/Coordinating labor and monitoring machine performances to ensure efficient production process
  • Monitor the product quality, machine performances, labor efficiency and report to Section in Charge / Maintenance Engineer
  • Make available entire material requirement for production without delay
  • Frequent inspection of finished goods with sample specification
  • Labeling, Packing and Transferring of Finished Goods to stores while meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining documents of overtime and Incentives
  • Producing all the production related documents and assist Sectional in Charge to prepare the production reports
  • Maintain I.S.O. Standards during the process
