Human Resource Assistant Manager / Executive

The job involves with introduction, implementation and development of HR Strategies in terms of administration, manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, salaries and wages and performance evaluation.

Candidate profile:

• Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in HRM from a recognized institution
• A team player
• Conversant with Industry Laws and modern HR policies
• 3-5 years experience in HRM
• Age less than 35 years

Preference will be given to those who reside close proximity to Hanwella area.
