Executive Management Accounting

Education:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.
• CIMA passed finalist or following Strategic Level.

Experience:

• Minimum 02 years of working experience.
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Knowledge:

• Annual corporate planning and forecasting.
• Monitoring budgetary controls and variance analysis.
• Handling project feasibility studies and conducting post evaluations.
• Financial analysis and preparing the reports for decision making.
• Product costing and pricing.
• Competency in MS Office package is a must (MS Excel/ MS Word/ MS Power Point).
• Ability to work in a fully computer integrated environment (ERP System) and sound knowledge in Accounting Software.

Behavioural:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail for timely decision making.
• Excellent leadership and interdependent skills with perseverance for result orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on interpersonal, Presentation, Negotiation skills in both Sinhala and English.
